I am Richard Vigliano and I am a partner of a machine shop. I met Susan four years ago. I had just purchased quick books and I asked her if she could set up the chart of accounts for my business. She not only set it up, she input a whole year worth of checks and deposits to generate the forms needed to do the taxes. I was very pleased with her work. Susan does both the partnership taxes as well as our personal. She is very efficient and trusts us to make payments to her for her services. Not to many people will do that. Hi I am the owner of city cab from Westfield mass. I met Susan 5 years ago. She has been a blessing for me and my business. I am 96 years old and she would come to my home to pick up a box full of receipts and driver commissions, she created invoices for noble hospital and deliver them. She became more to me then my tax accountant. She would take me for coffee every quarter. I don't drive anymore, at the end of year she would send the drivers their 1099 for us. I still mail my things to her in Arizona and I miss her.

Susan Leblanc and Yuma Accounting has been preparing my income taxes for 7 years. I have owned a flight school for nearly 20 years in Westfield, MA and Sue Leblanc has prepared my taxes now for the last 3 or 4 years. As the owner of a small business I am constantly looking for ways to keep costs under control. My previous tax preparer become more and more impersonal over the years and the charge for his time simply became too costly. At a time when I was considering changing tax preparers I coincidentally received a brochure from Sue. After a short phone call we set a time to meet and discuss my business needs. She lived only a couple miles from my office at the airport and I have always liked it when I can conduct business locally and on a friendly and first name basis. During our initial meeting she provided me with some of her background, which included, among other things, working for the IRS. I needed someone with her experience and I knew that I had found my new tax preparer. She subsequently moved to Arizona for personal reasons but I am so pleased with her work that I still have her prepare my taxes. (She also prepares our daughters tax return as well). Having someone that I can call at any time with a question allows me the time to concentrate on running my small business, and gives me one more tool for helping me keep costs under control. Susan and Taxes Done Adorable has been doing my taxes for the last ten years. She is very thorough and expedites my rebate usually the same day. I used H&R Block but their prices were extremely high. Susan is very reasonably priced and I saved a good amount of money just by changing to her as my accountant. Last year someone used my social security number to file their taxes and Susan was very helpful in getting assistance from the IRS to resolve the issue. Even though she is 2,500 miles away from me now, I still mail all my paperwork to her because I trust her to get the most money back for my refunds.
